Refund policy

We don’t offer refunds on digital products. Once you’ve downloaded a file, it’s yours. Please double-check what you’re buying before you complete your purchase — we’re happy to answer questions beforehand if you’re unsure.

For physical products like books or mugs, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. These are fulfilled by third-party providers, and we’ll work with them to sort any issues quickly.

To report a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@jaceparker.net. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and get back to you with the next steps.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital downloads (including the Resilience Rapid Response Kit)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your physical order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to digital products delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or card provider.
